The Hydrotech Hybrid Filter is built on decades of experience from the market leader in drum and disc filter technologies. It combines high hydraulic flow capacity (from the Hydrotech drum filter) with large filtration area (from Hydrotech disc filter), and together with the patented Alphadisc^TM technology, it brings out the best of both worlds and bridges the gap between the more traditional filter models.

Alphadisc^TM - A new standard in particle filtration

The Alphadisc^TM design is based on the patented Pagus^TM technology and is the next step in guiding particles gently, even faster and more efficiently inside the disc. This allows particles to be removed from the water without smaller particles breaking loose and needing additional filtration resulting in better water quality - faster.

Automatic lubrication

Maintenance is minimized by automatic lubrication of the main bearing and support wheels.

Guided High Pressure Cleaner

The patented guided high-pressure cleaning system offers high precision cleaning and ensures the filter cloth is clean and reduces the need for chemical rinsing. The system is interchangeable between multiple units which makes it highly cost effective.

Optimized useability and serviceability

Thanks to the new high pressure cleaning system and Hydrotech Service Mate functionality, the Hydrotech Hybrid filter has been designed to deliver an improved user experience and reduce the downtime needed for maintenance.

The Hybrid filter shares many of the same spare parts with the HDF Value Series, allowing you to easily service both filters in your installation.

ALPHADISC^TM technology

The Hydrotech Alphadisc^TM design is based on the patented Pagus^TM technology and is the next step in particle
guidance innovation. During filtration, particles in the water are collected and gently transported into the
patented backwash guides where they will be partly drained before being backwashed into a solids trough and
removed without additional water loss.

By Keeping particles intact in the filtration process, the Alphadisc^TM enables better water quality - faster.
